It works fine and does what it’s supposed to, no complaints there. But the prices feel high, like, I’m absolutely sure they could be a bit lower.

My order showed up and, unless I’m somehow missing something, everything was exactly right. No missing bottles, no weird size mix-ups. I even checked it against the packing slip just to be sure, and it all matched. Maybe that’s a small thing, but it’s nice not having to email support over basic order stuff.

I used their wash and detailing products on my black car and, to my relief, didn’t end up with swirls or that annoying weird haze some products leave behind. After a few washes, the paint still looks clean and well-protected. i’m picky about this stuff, so I’m glad it actually did what it was supposed to.

Overall, it seems legit and I’ve had an okay experience with it. There are definitely some good things about it, but it’s not always as great as I hoped. Sometimes it works well, and other times it feels a bit inconsistent.

It did the job in the end, but I was kind of confused because I expected it to work a little more easily. I still had to scrub quite a bit to get everything clean, so I’m not sure if I used it wrong or if that’s just how it is. Worked, but not as effortlessly as I hoped

I had a small issue with my order and emailed them while I was kind of rushing around, so I was hoping it wouldn’t turn into a whole thing. They got back to me fast with an actual reply, not some copy-paste response. They fixed it without making a big deal out of it, which I really appreciated. Good customer service, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

I use their wax and interior cleaner a few weeks ago, and my car still looks decent even after some rain and normal driving. It wasn’t perfect, a few spots did come back, but it’s been better than a lot of other stuff I tried before. Shipping was fine too, no issues there. I’d probably buy it again when I run out.

I’ve ordered from Griot’s Garage a handful of times, some of their stuff has worked really well for me. But a few products have felt different from one order to the next, which is frustrating. My last bottle of cleaner seemed way thinner than the one I had before and didn’t clean nearly as well, even though I used it on the same car the same way. Then I had to go back over spots again, which is extra work I wasn’t planning on. I’m not saying everything they sell is bad, but the lack of consistency makes it hard to know what you’re actually getting. For the price, I expected it to be more reliable...

I picked up a couple of detailing tools from Griot’s Garage they’ve been solid so far. I used them on my car and everything went smoothly, way easier than doing it the old way. They feel sturdy enough and definitely saved me some time, though I’m not really getting into all the specifics here. No problems at this point, so I’m happy with them.

I got my refund without any hassle at all. who doesn’t appreciate when things just go smoothly? It was quick, simple, and I didn’t have to jump through any hoops

I ordered from Griot's Garage mostly because they had just about every detailing product I was looking for in one place. Wash soap, towels, polish, little tools — it was all easy to find without having to click around forever. I do like that they’ve got stuff for regular weekend washes but also more serious detailing jobs, so it’s easy to grab what you need and maybe try something new. If you’re picky about car care products, it’s a good site, though I will say they make it a little too easy to add extra things to the cart.

My Griot’s Garage order showed up packed well enough. The bottles were all tight and nothing leaked, which is usually the thing I’m most worried about with stuff like this. The box did have a little dent on one side, not sure if that happened in shipping or before, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, happy with it

I used their wheel cleaner and spray wax last weekend and, they worked better than I expected. The wheel cleaner did a solid job on brake dust, which surprised me a little. It did take some extra wiping in a few spots, so it’s not exactly magic, but the car looked really nice once I was done. Shipping was fine too, nothing thrilling, but it got here without any issues.

Not gonna lie, the shine turned out decent, but it wasn’t as smooth as I was hoping for. After buffing, a few spots still looked kind of streaky and I had to go back over them a bit. It’s not a bad product, but for the price, it feels a little hit or miss.

I gave Griot’s Garage a try because I was hoping it would really make my car pop with that deep shine and gloss everyone talks about. At first, it looked decent — the paint seemed cleaner and had a nice little depth to it after I wiped everything down. But of course, with my luck, the shine didn’t last as long as I was hoping. After a few days, it kind of faded back to looking average. Maybe I expected too much, but for the price, I thought it would outperform some of the other stuff I’ve used. It’s not bad or anything, just didn’t feel like I got the amazing results I was hoping for.

I ordered a few detailing towels and a spray, they work well overall. The quality seems solid and everything did what I needed it to do, it just took longer to show up than I was expecting.
